Jenny Wagner is an educator, coach, and facilitator who partners with people as they nurture the best in themselves and their communities. She believes that equipping more people with coaching skills can reduce harm and support collective flourishing.
An ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over a decade of coaching experience, Jenny has applied her coaching skills in a variety of contexts, including a private practice, her work as a leader and manager, and as a coach for an organizational change accelerator.
With a background in experiential learning and DEI work, Jenny believes that trainings should be fun, engaging, and transformational experiences that foster connection and personal growth. She has trained hundreds of coaches, educators, and facilitators across 20 different countries. Jenny is committed to making coaching more inclusive for people from the majority world, centering voices that have been erased from conversations about coaching, and crafting culturally responsive learning experiences. She holds a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London.
Jenny’s professional life spans international education, human resources, the non-profit sector, perinatal support, and higher education. She currently works at Princeton University, where she directs the Princeton RISE fellowship for social and racial justice with the Pace Center for Civic Engagement.
Jenny lives in New Jersey with her husband and daughter and loves dancing, cooking, eating, and spending time in nature.
