The ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 2 Coach Certification builds on our six-month Coaching For Complexity program and focuses on developing your coaching skills via practice and mentor coaching that is grounded in internationally recognized standards from the International Coaching Federation.

The ICF Level 2 Coach Certification builds on our Coaching for Complexity core certification program and takes you one step further in professionalizing your coaching practice. Show prospective employers and coaching clients that your coaching practice is grounded in rigorous industry standards including mentor coaching, feedback, and supervision.

- Laser feedback on six coaching sessions that you record and submit
- 40 additional practice coaching hours

What You’ll Leave With
You walk away with a full ICF-accredited Level 2 Coach Certification, the gold standard coaching qualification in the industry. You can open a coaching practice and apply to professional coaching roles with this certification. The certification also qualifies you to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The Time Commitment
3 months. The ICF Level 2 Coach Certification takes three months to complete and requires significant personal investment from you. This program goes beyond the basics and is designed for learners who are highly motivated to professionalize their coaching practice. You receive formal developmental evaluation, observation, feedback, and mentorship that qualify you to apply for careers in professional coaching or launch a professional coaching practice.
The Investment
Tuition: $4550 (USD).
How payment works:
- $500 deposit (non-refundable, counts towards your total tuition)
- Option to pay up front or via monthly payments of $338/month over one year.
We offer 1-2 scholarships per cohort. We reserve these scholarships for participants who have been impacted by economic injustice and systemic oppression, especially participants from the Global South/Majority World.

Prerequisites for enrollment: If you have already graduated from our Coaching for Complexity core certification program, you can enroll directly in the ICF Level 2 Coach Certification as a standalone offering. If you have not taken Coaching for Complexity and want to take the ICF Level 2 Coach Certification program, you can enroll in our upcoming January 2027 – June 2027 cohort of Coaching for Complexity and the ICF Level 2 Coach Certification program at the same time.

ICF Level 2 Certification Program Features
Coaching Practicum
You’ll graduate from your intensive with a total of 50 practice client hours under your belt, building your own confidence and boosting your credibility with future clients. This puts you halfway towards the ICF’s practical hours requirement for an ACC credential.
1:1 Mentor Coaching
Get coached on your coaching during three individual coaching sessions with an ICF-accredited mentor coach. Mentor coaching is a collaborative and developmental process where an experienced coach gives you expert feedback on your coaching and supports you to hone your skills.
In-Depth Developmental Feedback
As a part of your learning journey, you will submit recorded coaching sessions with permission from clients and get written feedback on your coaching competencies and skills. Participants often share that this feedback is one of the most useful catalysts for their growth as professional coaches.
ICF Level 2 Certification
Give yourself a professional edge with increased credibility from the ICF. When you graduate from our core Core Certification Program and the ICF Level 2 Certification Program, you receive an ICF Level 2 Certification, enabling you to apply for an ACC or PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation.
