Liz is a perinatal and infant massage therapist, coach, food enthusiast, educator, ardent outdoorswoman, and finds meaning in exploring the connections between her pursuits. When coaching, Liz uses the intuition gained from decades of experience as a body worker to help people identify and shift patterned ways of being and doing that might be causing tension in their lives.

In addition to her calling as a massage therapist and coach, Liz brings over a decade of experience coordinating over a decade of experience managing people and operations, with a human-centered focus on helping people thrive inside systems. She has led team operations for a birth center, a global education education company, and multiple coach education programs. Liz lives in Boulder, Colorado with her son, spending most of her time in the kitchen, the mountains, or peering under rocks in search of lizards or bugs.
