Uttara is a passionate coach and educator committed to encouraging people to find or revive their curiosity for the world. Though she started her professional life in a traditional office at Ogilvy in advertising, she quickly realised her interest lay outside the confines of a building. She worked at SECMOL, an alternative school in Ladakh, Navandya, a biodiversity NGO and the Women’s Alliance of Ladakh. At companies like Where There Be Dragons and Putney Student Travel, Uttara has led experiential education programs since 2017. Drawing from her own experiences, she loves curating immersive learning experiences for others, witnessing their journeys and being introduced to new ways of seeing the world, something she brings to her coaching, as well. 

Having lived and worked in Asia and the United States, Uttara’s approach to coaching is influenced by her diverse work and life experiences. She partners with clients from diverse backgrounds to tap into their unique potential and create lasting transformations, both personally and professionally. 

When she isn’t coaching, Uttara runs a boutique immersive & experiential travel company. She loves reading, crafting, running, playing tennis, and tries to celebrate tea time every day at 4pm, no matter where in the world she is
