Coaching for Complexity Participant, 2024

Tell us a bit about yourself! What’s your story?

I have always believed in our individual greatness. I have always been trying to find the ways we could shine because we are, all of us, stars. I became a teacher to help learn, a mentor to help grow, an educator to help explore, then a coach to do what I meant to do

What drew you to become a coach?

For years I was telling people that my job as an educator was to teach life skills and I liked it. Then I realized that what I wanted to do all these years was to hold a sacred space, a womb-like space where rebirth could happen. That’s what coaching is about.

What do you say at dinner parties when people ask “what do you do?”

I am a people’s gardener, a caretaker of their unique beauty.

At some point I felt like I had to move forward so I started searching. I have never wanted to tell people I wanted them to have a say and invent their own ways to grow and glow. Then I heard about coaching, learned more about it from the founders of Global Focus Coaching. What I heard struck a chord.
